1. We do not ship anything unless you explicitly ask us to ship your puja prasada.
2. Additional charges would be applicable in such cases as mentioned below.  

Packaging: All the items are packaged in a robust way to prevent any damage in transit. Proper bubble and news wraps are used wherever required. The items are put in a hard carton box with proper address labels before handing over to courier service.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number with a link to the relevant courier service provider to track your order in real-time.

Shipping charges:
Outside India: US$ 25 applicable for all countries.
Within India: Free

Shipping time:
After receiving your email request, the puja prasada and other items (like energised locket yantra, Vibhuti etc.) would be shipped within one week of completion of your puja ritual.

Delivery time:
Outside India: 1 - 2 weeks
Within India: 2 - 3 business days
